And for my second painting today, I thought I'd just throw everything on the paper…
Henry Winter + Johnny Winter = Pi/2
And here’s the final one in the collection. We have sports journalist Henry Winter and the late Johnny Winter. I’ve already done portraits using green/red, yellow/violet and blue/orange. And if I can’t paint these guys in complementary colours, I’m going to paint them in complementry angles. I’m a mathematical physicist and I measure angles in radians. If you prefer degrees, just think of that pi/2 as ninety degrees.
This feels to me like the best of the four in the collection by far. It’s hard to go wrong using just the black marker.
