Art Studio Foundations
The builders have been round today to put in the foundations for my art studio. I was only expecting them to put in the piles but they’ve also put down what will become the floor (don’t worry, there will be wooden floorboards later) and left all the bits that will eventually become the roof.
More builders will be back next week for three days to build the studio proper, then electricians for two days the following week to sort out the internal electrics. After that, there will be someone round to fit blinds, someone to put in the air conditioning and a local electrician to connect the studio up to the mains.
Things are happening. It’s time to believe.
